Clopay do Brasil History

1997
Isofilme, a small, family-owned film company in São Paulo, was started.

2002
Clopay Plastic Products Company buys a 60% share of Isofilme and changes its name to Clopay do Brasil.

2003
Additional extrusion line added.

2004
Clopay buys additional shares of the company.
Ground is broken on a new manufacturing facility in Jundiaí.

2005
Clopay Plastic Products purchases the remaining minority shares of Clopay do Brasil.
Construction on the new facility is completed and the transition from São Paulo to Jundiaí occurs.

New production line added utilizing Clopay Plastic Products Company's proprietary breathable film and composite technology.
